The maritime armada for peace in the Mediterranean

A parade of traditional sailing ships will welcome the Bel-Espoir to Marseille harbor!

9:30 a.m. : The 25 traditional sailing boats of the SVAN association meet the Bel-Espoir at Mont-Rose, they are joined by kite-surfers from the Pôle-France and ships from charitable associations. 

10:00 a.m. : Parade escorts the schooner all along the Corniche going up the southern harbor.

10:30 a.m. : A virtuoso and twirling peace parade is performed by the sailboats and their crew around the Bel Espoir, as close as possible to the Esplanade de la Major, the Mucem.

11:30 a.m.: The armada parade ends and the 25 sailing ships perform a final maneuver between the Pharo cove and the Mucem. 

12:00 p.m. : Preceded by the fire brigade boat, hoses in action, the Bel Espoir moors in the cove of the Mucem, saluted by the bells of La Major.
